Pine Street Townhomes Approval Adds to Residential Growth

Rogers, AR — The Planning Commission has given the green light to the Pine Street Townhomes project, which will introduce 32 residential units near the southwest corner of W. Cypress and S. 15th Street. The development, situated in the RMF-5.5 (Residential Multi-Family, 5.5 units per acre) zoning district, represents a strategic effort to address the city’s growing housing needs.

The townhomes will offer modern amenities while prioritizing walkability and connectivity. "Projects like this one help diversify the housing stock in Rogers and contribute to the creation of vibrant, livable neighborhoods," said Christina Moore, the staff representative for the project.

Local residents have generally expressed support for the project, though some raised questions about the potential impact on local traffic and infrastructure. The developers are expected to provide a detailed plan addressing these concerns before construction begins.
