SOHO Development Moves Forward with Large-Scale Project

Bentonville, AR — The Rogers Planning Commission has approved the SOHO Development project, a mixed-use initiative that will bring 63,818 square feet of building space to W. Pleasant Drive. The site, located in the C-3 (Neighborhood Commercial) zoning district, will include spaces for retail, dining, and other commercial uses.

"This development underscores Rogers’ commitment to creating vibrant, community-centered commercial hubs," said a city planner. The project aims to support the growing demand for mixed-use spaces in a city experiencing rapid expansion.

While the project was approved unanimously, discussions highlighted the need for careful planning to address parking and traffic flow in the area. Developers have committed to working with city officials to ensure these considerations are adequately addressed during construction.
