Dream Hotel Large-Scale Development Approved

The Rogers Planning Commission has approved a large-scale development plan for the Dream Hotel, a 15-story mixed-use building located at 3529 South Pinnacle Hills Parkway. The development, set in the heart of Rogers' Uptown Core, will feature 211 hotel rooms, along with 21,693 square feet of retail and commercial space, which will include restaurants and shops.

The Dream Hotel is poised to become a prominent feature in the area, designed to align with the Uptown Core Mixed-Use zoning, which encourages higher-density, pedestrian-friendly development. This area of Rogers is targeted for urban growth, blending commerce, living spaces, and entertainment into a thriving hub.

One notable aspect of the project is its parking strategy. The developers have proposed an underground parking garage with 122 spaces, exceeding the city’s requirement of 106 parking spaces. Additionally, the nearby public parking spaces will supplement the parking needs, especially during peak times, as a shared parking model has been used to account for the multiple uses of the development.

The Planning Commission's approval of the Dream Hotel aligns with the city's long-term growth plans and reflects Rogers' ongoing commitment to mixed-use developments that enhance the city's urban core. With construction expected to begin soon, the Dream Hotel promises to be a major addition to the skyline and a key destination for visitors and residents alike.
