Rogers City Council Advances Development of Fire Station #4 and Olive Street Park
The Rogers City Council took significant steps toward enhancing public safety and community amenities at their August 13, 2024, meeting by approving key resolutions related to the construction of Fire Station #4 and Olive Street Park. The council awarded contracts for construction management and architectural services, signaling the city's commitment to these important projects.
Baldwin & Shell Construction Company of Springdale, Arkansas, was selected to manage the construction of the new facilities, while Buf Architecture Studio, PLLC of Bentonville, Arkansas, was chosen to design them. The council also approved a $750,000 appropriation from the city’s General Fund Reserves to cover design and pre-construction services.
