Planning Commission Approves Meadow Brook Subdivision Phase 2

Rogers, AR – The Rogers Planning Commission has given the green light to Phase 2 of the Meadow Brook Subdivision, marking a significant step forward in addressing the city’s growing housing needs. This approval paves the way for the development of 57 new residential lots on a 19.24-acre site, located north of the intersection of S. Bellview Road and W. Garrett Road.

Development Details

The project will add 57 single-family homes to the Neighborhood Residential (N-R) zoning district, significantly increasing housing availability in the area. The development plan includes detailed measures to manage floodplains and control stormwater, ensuring that the new homes are safe and sustainable.
