Barrington Place Rezoning Approved for Multifamily Housing

Rogers, AR – The Rogers Planning Commission has approved the rezoning of a 42-acre site along S. Dodson Road and S. Rainbow Road, paving the way for the development of Barrington Place, a new multifamily housing project. The site has been rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RMF-12 (Residential Multi-Family, 12 units per acre).

The rezoning includes a Density Concept Plan, which will manage housing density and infrastructure requirements for the project. The plan aims to create a balanced community with ample green spaces and amenities for residents.
