Razorback Greenway Extension: Expanding Outdoor Opportunities in Bella Vista

Bella Vista’s commitment to outdoor recreation is clear with the expansion of the Razorback Greenway. The city’s planning commission recently approved a six-month extension on the development permit for Phase III of the project, which will extend from Mercy Way to Riordan Road. This new addition will enhance connectivity for cyclists, walkers, and joggers, linking more neighborhoods and offering scenic views of Bella Vista’s natural landscape.

The Razorback Greenway is not just a recreational trail but a crucial part of the town's infrastructure. The extension will bring eco-friendly transportation options and recreational access to even more residents and visitors. The multi-use trail is also a selling point for prospective residents, offering a gateway to the outdoors, right in their backyard.

“This project highlights our commitment to fostering an outdoor-friendly community that values healthy living and sustainable transportation options,” said a representative from the Bella Vista Planning Department
