High-Density Rezoning Approved for Hamilton Apartments

Rogers, AR – In a move to enhance housing options in Rogers, the Planning Commission has approved the rezoning of the Hamilton Apartments project to allow for higher density. The properties at 4451 & 4453 S. Dixieland Road have been rezoned from C2-CU & RO-CU to RMF-32.5 (Residential Multifamily, 32.5 units per acre).

Development Details

The new zoning designation includes a detailed Density Concept Plan, which will guide the development of the Hamilton Apartments. This project will add a significant number of new housing units in a strategically important area, providing modern and affordable living spaces.

"We’re committed to meeting the housing needs of our growing population," said a representative from the Hamilton Apartments development team. "This rezoning allows us to create a community that offers both quality and affordability."

Community Impact

The project is expected to provide a range of housing options, from single-bedroom units to larger family apartments. Its location on S. Dixieland Road ensures easy access to key amenities and transportation routes, making it an attractive option for new residents.
