Big Whiskey’s, a well-known establishment, will anchor the development at 1787 W. Pleasant Grove Road. Its addition to the T5.2 zoning district, designated for medium-intensity mixed-use spaces, reflects the city’s desire to provide residents with accessible, high-quality dining and shopping choices. Alongside Big Whiskey’s, the multi-tenant spaces will offer further retail options, giving the community more places to gather, dine, and shop.
The project is expected to create new job opportunities, boost foot traffic, and contribute to the economic vitality of Pleasant Grove Road, which is fast becoming a commercial corridor in Rogers.
