Bella Vista Police Department Expands Fleet with New Ford F-350 for Enhanced Operations

Bella Vista, AR – The Bella Vista City Council has approved the purchase of a 2024 Ford Super Duty F-350 4WD truck for the police department, utilizing a cooperative purchasing agreement with Sourcewell. The new truck, capped at a $65,000 expense, will enhance the department’s ability to respond effectively across the city’s varied terrain.

Equipping Officers for Demanding Environments
Designed for rugged use, the F-350 will be a critical addition to the Bella Vista Police Department’s fleet, supporting operations in areas that require durable, high-performance vehicles. “This vehicle will be a versatile asset in our ongoing efforts to maintain safety and security across Bella Vista,” said Police Chief Ken Farmer.

Through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, the city leveraged a streamlined procurement process that saved time and optimized resources, allowing the council to focus on acquiring a reliable vehicle quickly and efficiently.
