Bella Vista Board of Construction Appeals Welcomes New Member

BELLA VISTA, AR – The Bella Vista Board of Construction Appeals has announced the appointment of a new board member, James Schlankey, during its regular meeting on February 11, 2025. Schlankey joins a seven-member panel responsible for reviewing construction-related appeals and variances in the city.

The board also elected new officers, with John Nuttall continuing as Chairperson, Ricky Head as Vice-Chairperson, and Scott Martin as Secretary. These leadership roles help guide the board in ensuring compliance with city building codes and addressing community concerns related to construction standards.

The next Board of Construction Appeals meeting is scheduled for March 11, 2025, at Fire Department Station 4 Conference Room.
